Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, returns or cancellations.
By purchasing our digital patterns, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Exceptions:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, please contact us within 7 days for a refund of the duplicate transaction.

Technical Issues: If you experience problems accessing or downloading your file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
